😊 Those Majestic Smiles 😊

This is my first post which is completely irrelevant to fitness but it is worth it because you don't need a reason to post something good and worth.



We live in a society where only money speaks, why don't we create a society where only emotions reap?
Throughout the time, i have learned that people don't smile when they get something they want, they actually smile when they fulfil those desire they dreamt off. "Wants" and "needs" are nonidentical. When you need something, you can't live without it because "needs" are the basic necessities, but you can live without your "wants". Dreams become your needs when it comes above your passion, when it become the way of your life. Life without a dream is like a TV without a remote. The same channel will be played day and night, feel how monotonous it can be?

This photo was taken by me when one girl came to me and said "please click a photo of me," even she knew she will not get this photo by anyhow as she don't have a smartphone(huh), even a phone.
When i counter with these situations, i really get dug into plethora of thoughts.
Though India is talking about cashless economies, digitalisation and FDI's there are many who still crave for a single photo. However, they got the chance to pose.
I wish, atleast, everyone on this earth shall get enough food. If not "wants", atleast their "needs" gets fulfilled.

Motivation to the core

Have you ever felt that your life has just struck amid, your goals are too far to reach, seems inflated? Have you ever felt so much of isolation at once and you life became so unfathomable?


So your escape plans doesn't work now. Sit back and think, you got infinite possibilities to start again, live again. Let's just start with a thought, a visualisation. Visualisation of who you want to become, it all starts within the mind. What you think you'll become because "Thoughts become things." 


Success calls for sacrifices, giving and a lot more.

It doesn't matter if you are quarter mile or half way across your desires you just have to make your own way through the stones, whatever weather - cold or warm but you are not alone because he'll never let you👏. You'll never fall as long as you trust him. Think of a car driving through the night, the headlights only go a hundred to two hundred feet forward and you can make it from you home to anywhere in the world because all you have to see the next two hundred feet and thats how life tends to unfold before us. As you go further, your life will keep unfolding. 

The more he'll give you rigorous roads, the more you'll able to drive with confidence and safely without crashing.🙌

STAND TALL

Sometimes I feel like all I ever do is Find different ways to word the same, old song and I starting to feel distant again
So I decided just to pick this pen.

Motivation is what which ignites your inner spark to achieve something and this is the only thing which will help you to build your dreams.  Its only the crafting of words in such a way that a sculpture of your dreams comes in front of you.  Perhaps I use those words not only to impel you to go to gym indeed i want everyone to succeed in whichever field they are striving.
Success will not fall on your knees like a defeated warrior perhaps it calls for sacrifice, giving and a lot more.  You have to play the role of a king and your dreams like your soldiers defending you and motivating you,

  • your ideas guiding you,
  • your legs standing through
  • Your eyes driving through

to battle through all the tough times and for your dreams you wished were true.
You should be able to take a stand for what you are alive.  Surely there will come a time when you will  want to end up everything and change your aspirations, falling back to your comfort zone.  Just Remember the things which drives you, the things you were dreaming for your whole life , from where you started and where you are?


Do you know the most destructive force in the universe?  Yes !
REGRET!


And it becomes brutal when you make your heart deprived of its desires.
I just wanna play my part, should I make waves or not?

Does Cardio ruin your gains?

5k, 10k runs or a marathon, brisk walking, jogging or sprints.  Some are crazy about all this yet some think it will merely just ruin your hard earned gains over the time.  I see most of us who go to gym just to look like your favourite actor or want to build their dream physiques giving precious time to their fitness regime, diet and mental consciousness.  Heavy dumbells, big volume or supersets in between may leads to popping out of your muscles from your sleeves but have you ever listened to your heart? 
  • Do you know your maximum heart rate? 
  • Resting heart rate?  
  • Have your ever sprinted so hard you feel your heart gonna fail? 
  • Have you ever fainted while running and running so far?


If the answer of all these questions is a big NO then understand all those muscles popping out your sleeves are just a mere piece of art, it doesn't shows you are fit and by fit i definitely mean how fit is your heart?  Is the blood flowing through your arteries smoothly without any flaws? Is your cholesterol level uniform? Sitting on a bench every other day with same fitness routine and curling some heavy ass dumbells will only help you to look sore.  


Coming straight to the point, does cardio derails your gains? Well, the answer to your question is - IT DEPENDS.
It depends on your diet, your metabolism, your age and fitness regime.  When it comes to muscles, marathon runners still got muscles, moreover they got quality muscles and are ripped AF.  I hope it ends your quest here.  Now you'll definitely think running will only burn fat & nothing else, for this to understand you have to understand the process of fat burn first.

PROCESS:

The carbohydrates you consume above your body recommendation level is stored into your body as glycogen which serves you as a source of energy in your everyday workouts.  While Running or any activity, your body starts to burn stored glycogen till the point it completely vanishes from your body.  At this stage you'll start to faint because your body's source of energy is completely sinked.  For coming up with more energy to support your running targets, your body starts to burn fat or your muscles to generate enough energy.  If you are taking a protein abundant diet or supplementation, it is least possible that your body will burn your muscles, only your stored fat will be burned.


So if your main aim is to remove slabs of fat or want to get ripped, first burn calories without losing your gains by taking proper supplementation and consuming whole foods.  He goes some value tips:

  • Do cardio after your workouts so that least muscles loss will take place.
  • Remember, small or les, muscles loss will surely take place when running is done above recommendation levels to remove fat.
  • Don't remove calories from your diet drastically, remove it week by week starting from 400-500 in first week and so on.
  • Include both High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) and low intensity into your workouts.
  • Change is the mother of invention - so change your workouts every 2 months or 7-8 weeks.
  • Include both supersets and dropsets to burn more calories and feel more burn into your muscles tissues. 
  • Do compound exercise first in your routine.

Do you really need Supplements?

So, here comes the most gripping and never-ending debate on bodybuilding supplements.  But today, it is going to come to an end because you gotta learn significance of supplements in our day to day life.  Lustrous, Charismatic & appealing yet misleading advertisements of supplements company everywhere, claiming to increase size, strength and endurance in just a couple of days, new researches and development centres across the country and all of a sudden indian fitness industry's worth reached more than Rs 500 billions.  

  • Now the question is how? 
  • How it is increasing at this rate? 
  • Our country is becoming fitness freak,or 
  • It's just about the companies are misleading everybody to sell their supplements.


Perhaps some of the factors are increasing disposable income and changing lifestyle but the real question is that do you really need supplements ?
Now further discussion goes, 
  • Why you need it ? 
  • What's your ultimate goal?  
  • Does that goal encourages you to need supplements ? 
If yes ? then go for it. if not ? then why the heck you still consuming supplements and burning your hard earned cash.


Coming straight to the point without taking your another second.  Every different individual has different potential, powers, strength and endurance.  Some are chubby from birth yet some lean and muscular without doing an extra effort, the other got veins like a steroidic champ.  Most of them are genetically gifted.


THE PROCESS


When we start working out from the first day, our body goes through a shock process and excrete various different hormones.  The more we go to gym and workout hard the more our muscle tissues tends to break and grow at enormous rates.  But soon you hit a plateau and your body stops growing.  Trainer tells you to change workout and diet plan and again you gain some pounds of mass and it unexpectedly stops.  The time your body gains a little amount of mass in couple of years that means you have reached your individual's body potential.  Now you can't take it further without any external supplements.  Here comes the time when your body screams more protein and nutrients which can't be fulfilled by natural diet.  Infact, by this time you must have become enough muscular that your apparels fits & you look pretty good.


NOTE - IT TAKES MINIMUM 1 YEAR OR MORE TO HIT YOUR BODY'S POTENTIAL OR SATURATION POINT.

Now, here comes the time, you ask yourself, which type of muscularity do you want?  Maybe you want to look like a ripped, shredded model which you saw recently in a fitness magazine.  Your inner zeal tells you to go some extra hard in the gym and take extra supplements but remember that type of physique(lean, shredded) can only be obtained for a particular amount of time not the year round because whosoever you see with majestic body with chiseled abs, most probably all are on steroids - Harsh & Blunt.



Trainers and companies are recommending supplements like your body is only dependent on supplements.  Feel your inner strength and listen to your body.  Your body have a potential to grow besides natural diet and exercise.  Don't go for these powders unless your goal is making money out of bodybuilding or you got a photoshot right after some days. 


Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA's are other tricks to appeal the customers and crafting a future of dreams.  Don't fall prey into this and live a natural and healthy lifestyle.  These supplements are not FSSAI approved or from any other independent and government body.  Even we are not sure about the ingredients posted outside the pack.

Road Map

Motivational INTRO

This post is for all those fitness enthusiast who are trying to achieve perfection in their physique rep by rep, day by day.  You all have that internal strength which can take you to greater heights in your lives.  But, the only thing you have to do is ignite the spark of your passion towards your goal.  Soon after hitting with DENGUE and bed rest for one month it felt like i'll not be able to comeback with the same physique in my life.  But this is the only burning desire which thrives me to improve myself.  Just remember that if something isn't growing, it's dying.  In just 2 weeks I came back stronger than ever.

Find a person in your life with whom you can build and grow and if you can't find some one, isolate yourself from the world and start working towards your ultimate desire because one day they will regret why they left you in your tough times.
